Following the successful 3rd International Symposium of Space Optical Instrument and Application conference, attended by more than 200 people in Beijing in June 2016, we would like to invite you for the 4th conference which is to be held in Delft, the Netherlands from Oct 16th to Oct 18th 2017. The goal of the symposium is to encourage international communication and cooperation in space optics, and promote the innovation, research and engineering development, initiated by the Sino-Holland Space Optical Instruments Joint Laboratory.
The symposium will focus on key innovations of space based optical instruments and applications, and, the newest developments in theory, technology and applications in optics in China and Europe. It will provide an opportune moment for exchanges on the space optical area, and information on current and planned optical missions. The organizers are pleased to welcome a growing number of space organizations, both in China and Europe, to this symposium.
Invited speakers include distinguished guests from ESA, CNSA, NSO, and DLR as well as renowned European and Chinese Space institutes and companies.
The main topics include:
- Space optical remote sensing system design
- Advanced optical system design and manufacturing
- Remote sensor calibration and measurement
